Common Questions

Here are some of the things people most often want to know before reaching out. If you don't see your question here, just ask us directly.

Do I need a referral?

Just reach out. Request an appointment, send us an email, or give us a call. You don’t need a referral or a diagnosis.

New clients can request an appointment with the button above or by calling the office. Existing clients can schedule through their client portal or by reaching out to their therapist directly.

We accept a number of insurance plans, and we encourage you to reach out for more details. If you don’t have insurance, we can discuss affordable options.

Your first session is a conversation, not an evaluation. Your therapist will take time to get to know you, understand what brings you in, and begin building a plan together at your pace.

Accessing the client portal is straightforward. Just click on the link provided on our website, and you’ll be able to log in anytime to view your records and manage your appointments. New clients will receive a portal invitation by email once their intake appointment is scheduled.

Our Door is Open

We’re located at 204 East Church Street in Adrian,Michigan, right by the roundabout and across the street from Frosty Boy.

If you’ve spent any time in this town, you’ve seen our building. It’s the big Victorian brick one with cream trim that’s hard to miss.

Come on in, or use First Fridays as an excuse to get yourself a treat and enjoy the grounds of our historical home just as much as we do.
