We have brought our trainings to K-12 educators and staff, universities, healthcare providers, law enforcement including detectives and prosecutors, DHHS staff and CPS workers, and community organizations of all kinds. If your team works with people, they work with survivors. We can help them be ready for that.

What makes our trainings unlike anything else is who leads them. Every training includes survivors from our community who have chosen to be there, on their own terms, to share their stories and answer your team’s questions directly. No curriculum or policy manual prepares people the way a real conversation does.

Every organization brings different questions, different responsibilities, and different relationships with the survivors they serve. We build each training around your specific audience so that what people leave with is actually useful in their role. A school counselor needs different things than a detective. We account for that.

The research is clear. Over 80% of women and nearly half of all men have experienced some form of sexual harassment or assault. Survivors are not a distant or abstract population. They are your colleagues, your students, your patients, and your neighbors. Our trainings exist because that reality deserves a real response.
Not Something You Scroll Through
Most trainings on sexual harm tell you the facts. Ours do that too, but then something else happens. Survivors in our community volunteer to share their own stories, answer your questions directly, and speak to your specific audience and role. There is no more powerful way to learn.
The Foundation
Every training opens with a short presentation from one of our clinicians. We cover the basics of sexual harm, survivorship, and what healing actually looks like, so that everyone in the room has a shared starting point before the real conversation begins. It's grounding, not overwhelming.
The Survivor Voices
Then the survivors speak. Members of our community who have volunteered to be there share as much or as little of their experience as they choose, tailored to your specific audience and setting. This is the part people remember. It's also the part that makes our trainings work in a way that nothing else does.
The Conversation
After the stories come the questions. Participants ask, and both our clinicians and the survivors respond together. What comes out of that exchange is something no module or policy document can replicate. People leave with real understanding, not just information.
